Q: Do you offer Private Training
A: Yes. We can conduct any of our regular courses, or we can completely tailor-make the course to include the topics of your choice. Courses can be conducted at your office, home, our office.

All of our courses are conducted in a "hands-on" learning fashion. Our Instructors cover topics by explaining and demonstrating, then by having each person try out what is covered on his or her own computer. Practical business examples are used as exercises throughout the day.


Q: How can I register for a Course?
A: Just contact us by any of the 4 methods listed and we will get back to you in a timely manner to discuss a mutually suitable time.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: A full 5 business days notice is requested to change or cancel any course date.

There is no charge for substitutions. If you cannot attend your course and cannot provide the 5 business days notice, you can send someone else in your place with no penalty.

Q: What is your Contact Information?
A: Contact us by visiting our Contact page and choose a suitable option.

Q: What are your payment options?
A: We except Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, cheques, e-banking or PayPal.

Q: What different Software versions are offered?
A: A wide variety of Software versions are offered. MS Office versions are 2016 and earlier and Windows 10 or earlier.

Q: Where do you teach?
A: Mostly throughout the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley areas however, we have traveled to many different locations and if it is out of the normal travel area the client pays the travel cost. This is negotiated at the time of booking.
